Decarb Energy transforms wastewater sludge and other tough organic wastes into American-made, carbon-negative biofuel. Our patent-pending Biosolids+™ Trailer is a compact, prefabricated, permit-light module purpose-built for wastewater biosolids using industrially-proven technology. We process waste on-site, cut hauling and disposal costs, knock the “forever” out of “forever chemicals” (PFAS), and produce drop-in biofuel for local use.
We swap budget uncertainty and PFAS liability for a turnkey ‘Infrastructure-as-a-Service’ solution—with zero partner capex and savings starting day one. Decarb Energy owns, finances, fabricates, operates, and maintains the distributed trailers, which deploy in days, not years. We also fully handle the biofuel and credit sales while sharing a portion of those profits with the host facility.

We asked ourselves, “Why can’t energy development be as simple as switching on a rental power generator?” No stick‑builds, no smokestacks, no grid queues, no permanent infrastructure, and no science experiments—just simple, factory-built, permit‑light trailers that bolt on to existing infrastructure using mature technology. They're built like ‘Legos’ by piecing together commercial off-the-shelf equipment from blue-chip vendors.
We’ve simply added the natural next steps to conventional dewatering trailers, because why stop at drying when we have the technology today to finish the job?
Carbon-Negative by Nature:
Biosolids+ Trailers are designed to have ultra-low on-site emissions. The excess carbon not converted into biofuel is captured as liquid CO2, stored in microbulk trailers, and permanently mineralized in concrete. We go a step beyond the standard complex models and abstract counterfactuals to assert negative emissions—we also show you the physical CO2 that's recovered and put to work in local concrete.
The result: Biosolids in, biofuel + liquid CO2 out, cleaner local air, and stronger American concrete — not to mention the tons of sludge not sent to an incinerator or landfill.
