Justine Lee is CEO of ClimateHaven. She is an active early-stage venture investor and advisor focused on sustainable transportation and the energy transition. From 2019-2022, Justine was a partner and Chief Operating Officer of 25madison Ventures, where she invested and advised early-stage technology companies across fintech, sustainability and health-tech.

Justine helped build and scale Citibike and its affiliate bike share companies across North America and led the sale of the company to ride hail company Lyft. She began her career as an M&A lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell and she currently serves on the boards of the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy, the Governors Island Foundation, Hudson River Park Environmental Stewardship Committee and the Connecticut Wind Collaborative.

Justine holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
