Ellen Carson is the Operations Manager at ClimateHaven, where she helps create the systems, experiences, and connections that allow founders, mentors, partners, and New Haven’s innovation community to thrive. She is passionate about building welcoming communities where people feel supported, connected, and empowered to pursue ambitious ideas. Ellen’s background spans psychology, community engagement, marketing, and operations. Throughout her career, she has helped build communities by connecting people with opportunities, resources, and one another. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of New Haven. Outside of work, Ellen volunteers at MakeHaven and performs throughout Connecticut as part of an acoustic duo.
